Terms of Service for PaceShift
Last updated:
These terms are an agreement between you and MD Sadakat Hussain Fahad, publishing as Intently (“we”), for the PaceShift apps and services. By using PaceShift you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Your account
You can use PaceShift with an account created through Google, Apple or (where offered) an email code. Keep access to that account secure; you’re responsible for what happens under it. You can delete your account at any time (how).
Subscriptions
Some features need a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play or the App Store, renew automatically until you cancel, and are managed and cancelled in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Refunds follow Google’s or Apple’s refund policies. If we change a price, the store tells you before it applies.
Training and health
PaceShift gives general training guidance, including suggestions from an AI coach that can be wrong. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor or a qualified coach. Check with a doctor before starting or changing a training plan, especially if you have a health condition, and stop running if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse PaceShift: no reverse engineering, abusing or overloading the service, getting around its limits or payments, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Ownership
PaceShift, its design and content belong to us. You keep the rights to what you upload, and give us permission to process it only to provide the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PaceShift running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make important changes to these terms, we’ll tell you in the app before they apply.
Disclaimer and liability
PaceShift is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
